1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of HelloJonny as a digital concierge service. HelloJonny is provided by AIFlow Consulting – owner Wojciech Dobosch and may be made available to guests by hotels, vacation rentals, holiday homes or other hosts.
Use of HelloJonny does not generally create a separate accommodation contract with AIFlow Consulting. The relevant host or accommodation remains the contractual partner for accommodation, booking, prices, house rules and the actual provision of services.
2. What HelloJonny offers
HelloJonny provides information about the accommodation and stay and, depending on the enabled functions, may answer questions about Wi-Fi, check-in/out, facilities, restaurants, activities, weather, routes, public transport, pharmacies or events.
HelloJonny may also capture service requests such as a baby cot, late checkout or damage report and forward them to the relevant host or connected systems.
3. AI-generated content – no guarantee of error-free answers
HelloJonny uses AI-powered systems. Even with careful configuration, answers may be incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous or outdated. This applies in particular to dynamic information such as opening hours, prices, availability, events, traffic, weather or data from third-party providers.
Please verify important information yourself. An AI answer is not a guarantee, commitment or binding statement by the host unless it has been expressly confirmed.
4. Permitted use
HelloJonny may be used only for lawful purposes and in connection with the intended concierge and guest service.
In particular, the following are not permitted:
- unlawful, insulting, discriminatory, threatening or abusive content;
- attempts to bypass security mechanisms, access restrictions or technical safeguards;
- automated bulk requests, scraping or abusive loading of the service;
- introducing malware, harmful links or manipulated files;
- use for deception, impersonation or infringement of third-party rights.
5. No sensitive private content
Please do not enter information that is not necessary for the specific request. In particular, the following data should not be submitted unless explicitly necessary:
- passwords, access credentials or security codes;
- credit card, bank or other payment information;
- ID, passport or insurance numbers;
- health data or other specially protected personal data;
- intimate, highly personal or confidential content;
- personal data of third parties where there is no authority to provide it.
For photo uploads, for example as part of a damage report, only the relevant object or damage should be shown where possible.
6. Service requests, reservations and bookings
HelloJonny may record requests and enquiries or forward them to the accommodation. A request – for example for late checkout, a baby cot, a restaurant reservation or an additional service – is considered binding only once it has been expressly confirmed by the responsible host or service provider.
Automatically displayed availability, prices or times may change and do not constitute a binding commitment without express confirmation.
7. No emergency, medical, legal or safety-critical advice
HelloJonny is a concierge and information service. It does not replace emergency services, medical advice, legal advice or other qualified professional assistance.
In an acute emergency, contact the local emergency or rescue services immediately, or the reception desk or host as appropriate.
8. External information and services
HelloJonny may use information from external sources or display links to mapping, routing, restaurant, event, weather, public-transport or other services. The terms of the respective third-party provider apply to their content, availability, prices, opening hours, ratings or services.
We aim to provide useful and current information but cannot guarantee its accuracy or continuous availability.
9. Uploads, photos and third-party rights
Users who upload content or images must be entitled to do so. Content must not infringe copyrights, personality rights, privacy rights or other rights of third parties.
By uploading, the user grants HelloJonny the rights required to technically store and process the content and, where necessary for the request, forward it to the responsible host or service provider.
10. Anonymous and pseudonymous usage analysis
To improve HelloJonny, usage flows, errors, feature usage and common questions may be analysed. Where possible, such analysis is anonymised. Where full anonymisation is not possible, data is pseudonymised as far as possible and reduced to what is necessary.

11. Availability and technical changes
We aim to provide a high level of service availability. However, uninterrupted, error-free availability at all times cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, technical faults, network outages or failures of external services may temporarily restrict use.
Functions may be further developed, changed, added or discontinued provided this does not infringe mandatory contractual or statutory rights.
12. Rights in HelloJonny and provided content
HelloJonny software, design, brand, texts, structure and other proprietary content are legally protected. Use of the service does not grant a right to reproduce, modify, publicly distribute or commercially exploit such content outside the intended use.
Rights in content belonging to the relevant accommodation or external providers remain with the respective rights holders.
13. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and in accordance with mandatory statutory provisions, in particular for injury to life, body or health and wherever liability may not legally be excluded or limited.
For a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited, to the extent legally permitted, to the damage typically foreseeable.
For decisions based solely on unverified AI answers or dynamic information from external services, we do not provide any guarantee of accuracy, timeliness or completeness to the extent permitted by law.
14. Misuse and restriction of access
In cases of misuse, security attacks, unlawful use or significant impairment of the service, access may be temporarily or permanently restricted where necessary to protect the system, other users or third parties.
15. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated if functions, technical processes, legal requirements or the service offering change. The version published at the relevant time applies.
16. Final provisions
German law applies unless mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the user has their habitual residence provide otherwise.
If individual provisions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected within the scope permitted by law.
